First Team All-American at Guard in 1971; First Team All-Big Ten Conference in 1971; Member of undefeated Big Ten Conference Championship Team (14-0) and NCAA Mid-East Regional All-Tournament Team in 1970; Two time District IV All-American in 1970, 71; Captain and Most Valuable Player of Iowa team in 1971; Thirteen year NBA career with Seattle Supersonics (1971-84), All-Star in 1976, Captain of 1979 NBA Championship Team, and Retired #32 in 1986; and named First Team on All-Century Iowa Basketball Team in 2002.
