Atrium

The Atrium is the grand hall of the Hall of Fame that includes a wonderful view of nearby Finkbine Golf Course out the grand windows that run the height and length of the East side of the building. The West side of the Atrium has access to our other wonderful event spaces and contains the various exhibits that any Hawkeye sports fan would love to view. To enhance the Atrium, it has wall mounted speakers that run the length of the room. This space is ideal for banquets, receptions, holiday parties, wedding ceremonies, and other social gatherings.

Rental Pricing

**Events over 200 people will be charged a custodial fee of $150.

*Maximum seating for 150; however, there is not maximum capacity for standing room.

Liability Insurance

All University organizations are covered under the University’s policy.

All events wishing to serve alcohol are required to have liability insurance for their event. Insurance is needed in the occurance of property damange to our facility or if someone is injured and brings a claim against the contract holder and/or The University. For more information, contact our office.

Security

Each individual event is subject to require security personnel in addition to the rental pricing. Once we have reviewed the specific event in detail, a decision will be made as to if security is required or not.

Handicap Accessibility

There is access to the ground level entrance of the building as well as an elevator inside for access to each floor.
