Two-time NCAA Indoor 5,000 Meter Champion, 1992, 93; Four-time All-American (Cross Country, 1991, 92 and Track and Field, 1992, 93); Big Ten Cross Country Athlete of the Year, 1992; Big Ten Cross Country champion, 1992; Three-time Big Ten 5,000 meter champion (Indoor, 1992, 93, Outdoor, 1992); Two-time Iowa Female Athlete of the Year; Eight-time letterwinner; and became Iowa’s first two-time NCAA Champion.
