First Team All-American and Wade Trophy Finalist in 1980; Led Iowa in scoring and rebounds all four years, held eleven Iowa records, and holds career record for points (2059) and rebounds (1067); Starter on United States Junior Pan American Gold Medal Team in 1977 and Senior Select Team in 1978; Member of United States Olympic Trials team in 1980; Selected in first round of Women’s Basketball League draft as sixth overall pick in 1980; Named to WBL All-Pro Team and starter in All-Star game in 1981; And played professionally in Italy in 1982, 83.
